Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. During drops or high■volume releases, processing times may increase slightly.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

Carrier delays are outside our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Delivery: 7–21 business days
• Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Vyral Athletics is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “Delivered”
• Lost or stolen items
• Delays caused by carriers or customs

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
